Custoza

Grape blend: Garganega, Cortese, Chardonnay, Malvasia.

Characteristics: wine with a light straw yellow colour and a rich bouquet of scents and mild aroma. Savoury and soft, it presents in a typical final bitter aftertaste.
It expresses its best when drunk after a brief ageing in bottle.

Pairing: it is excellent as an aperitif, but suitable to accompany any meal, especially in combination with light hors d'oeuvres, tortellini and grilled meats.
