Grape blend: Corvina (70%), Merlot (30%).

Characteristics: garnet-red coloured wine with a clear taste and olfactory intensity due to aging in barriques for about 12 months. Robust, persistent and intense with hints of tobacco and chocolate.

Pairing: it gives its best matched to rice dishes with meat, game, pork and veal, seasoned cheeses.
